Ten Layers
The Ten Layers are functions of the Negawatt Economy. They are the sole numbered architecture. The four existing papers are a scholarly sequence spanning multiple layers. This site does not use pillar language, and no paper is Layer 4 or Layer 7 by publication order.

Deep Solar Time has a natural relationship with the Cultural and Temporal Layer, but it is not reduced exclusively to Layer 10.
